Chelmsford County High School for Girls is a selective, non-denominational girls’ school with Academy Status.
Anyone wishing to name CCHS on their CAF must have registered to sit the Entrance Test at CCHS. For a student to sit the Entrance Test, an online registration form via the school website must be completed.

The CCHS Supplementary Information Form (SIF) was open from 9am Wednesday 24th April 2024 until 4pm Friday 21st June 2024.
Registration for the CCHS Entrance Test closed at 4pm, Friday 21st June 2024. Late registrations will not be accepted.
The Entrance Test is due to be held on Friday 13th September 2024.
The Governing Body has agreed its policy for 2025 Entry and is published below along with further documents to help with the admissions process.
